Staff Capabilities

ICED boasts a highly experienced and diverse team of professionals, including 90% South Sudanese nationals, with 10% international staff for quality assurance purposes. The staff’s expertise covers food security and livelihoods, climate-smart agriculture, natural resource management, and women and youth empowerment. This collective experience enables ICED to provide innovative solutions to the challenges faced by vulnerable communities, focusing on building resilience and improving the standard of living for those affected by conflict and economic hardship

Areas of Operation

The organization’s headquarters is located in Yambio the capital of Western Equatoria State and other Branch in Juba the Capital city of South Sudan, with plans to expand its operations to other states in South Sudan as resources become available. ICED is committed to reaching underserved communities with essential services and advocacy efforts.
